An investment firm focused on emerging markets is looking for a Change and Communications Manager to lead the Change workstream as part of a global transformation program. This is a highly ambitious, fast-paced, strategic project commissioned by the c-suite within the firm, and will entail all aspects of the business.

As a Change and Comms Manager, you will report to a Program Management Committee, and be responsible for Change impact and readiness assessment as well as clear communications and report to the committee and across the wider teams.

Objectives will include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and undertake Change impact and readiness assessments;

  • Prepare Change Management approach and plan;

  • Work closely with the Head of Investment and the Head of Communications to communicate directions, plans and vision to global teams;

  • Take the company through a Change journey, designing and delivering engagement events across the organisation;

  • Follow program governance and reporting for the Committee and updates with respective teams;

Consultant profile:

  • Demonstrable record of designing and delivering change management for major business (rather than IT-focused) transformations;

  • Management consulting training with strong Programme Management experience, having established PMOs in the past;

  • Solid track record of Change Management, having used recognised Change Management frameworks;

  • Experience undertaking impact and change readiness assessments across multiple functions, organisational levels and geographies;

  • Structured approach to change management, able to take stakeholders through the firm’s change journey;

  • Experience delivering enterprise engagement events and crafting impactful communications (internally & externally);

  • Experience in Financial Services sector, ideally having worked directly with Private Equity or Asset Management firms;


  • Location: Mostly remote working, with some London HQ work

  • Start date: End of October

  • Duration: 6-9 months (2 days per week until end of 2020, potentially full time from Jan 2021)

  • Day Rate: up to £800 Ltd (depending on experience)
