A boutique consultancy is looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to work in a client-facing role. The UK office of this firm (multiple offices across Europe) is very much a start-up-like environment and you will need to be happy to roll your sleeves up and be very hands-on. This is an excellent opportunity and requires working on-site with clients, predominantly in the UK but also across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership on change projects that you lead

• Directing and managing consultants on projects, as well as managing their personal development

• Developing and implementing a change strategy for clients

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years experienced in change management

• Experience in managing large consulting projects, ideally in business change

Details

• Salary: £90k - £100k + bonus

• Location: on-site with clients
