Associate Director / Director, Tier 1 Real Estate business

We've partnered with a major global Real Estate business on a search for an Associate Director and/or Director for their strategic advisory team. This team helps defines and delivers successful results to their clients through strategic programme management, business transformation, change and digital advisory.

As Associate Director / Director you will bring expertise in one or multiple functions and deliver successful results to their clients. In addition, you will be responsible for commercial development as well as developing and leading junior members of the team.

Requirements:

Ideally, 5+ years of experience in a management consultancy or industry role with a particular focus on strategy, transformation, change or digital advisory

Robust interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record of business development activities, including opportunity origination, client pitches & presentations

Salary:

£65,000 - £85,000 + Bonus (depending on the level)
