Analyst, Not-for-profit

Our client seeks to improve gender diversity within the workplace and is looking for a capable individual dedicated in drawing actionable insights to assist in improving bias in business.

You will assist by aggregating a range of European data and utilising VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables on Excel. Your findings will assist in gaining awareness within gender balance in the workplace.

Responsibilities

  • Perform desk research to identify different European professional services firms

  • Clean and revise a large volume of data given to you, highlighting the number of employees, as well as the gender split based on a variety of factors                     

  • Utilising the revised data, aggregate this and analyse accordingly in Excel, utilising VLOOKUPs and pivot tables

  • Work with the team to create an accessible deliverable insights

Requirements

  • Highly numerate and analytical

  • Excellent Excel capabilities – utilising Excel and Pivot tables daily within large datasets

  • to autonomously analyse large volumes of data and draw valuable insights from this for the team

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • An interest/experience in addressing gender inequality or not-for-profit is preferrable

Details

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Duration: 3 months – flexible working, you’ll be supporting with 3-5 days of work per week however it won’t always be 5 days per week

  • Daily rate: Up to £130-£170 PAYE (dependent upon experience)

  • Location: Remote/London
