Before getting in touch, we may be able to help you by answering some FAQs. If after reading the below you can't find the answer to your question, please do get in touch.

I've applied to join the network – what’s next?

Please note that we screen all candidates against the requirements needed to join the network and will send you an email to let you know about the status either way.

Due to the high volume of applications that we recieve we can't always get back to you straight away, but we aim to get in touch within 3 working days.

I can't log in? 

You will be able to set up a Freshminds log in profile if you have been accepted into the network. As mentioned above, this review process typically takes 3 working days which is why you won't be able to log in immediately.

If accepted, you should have recieved a 'Welcome to the network' email to the address that you applied with which contains a link to take you to your profile on the website. You need to click this link to confirm your email and complete yuor registration.

If you are still having problems or haven't recieved your confirmation email (a week after you registered) then please get in touch.  

I've been accepted as Mind – what now?

We’ll get in touch with you as soon as a job/project that we feel you’re right for comes up. Please keep an eye on our website too and apply for any jobs/projects you’re interested in.

I've registered my interest in a role - when will I hear back? 

One of our candidate managers will get in touch within 7 working days.

I've had an interview with a client through Freshminds. What happens now?

We’ll check in with you straight after to see how you feel it went. After that, we’ll call you the moment we have feedback from the client. Our clients are extremely busy so feedback sometimes takes up to a week but we’ll call you the moment we have any news!

If working on a project where do I send my timesheets/ invoices?

You just need to send them over to timesheets@freshminds.co.uk.

Where do I send my updated CV?

We encourage you to keep your Freshminds profile up to date, so any time you change your CV, please upload the new version to your profile by logging in here. (Alternatively, you can email  UpdatedCVs@freshminds.co.uk.)
