Tom co-leads the Permanent Hire team at Freshminds, working with a range of clients across the investment, advisory and strategy consulting space.
He has significant experience working on retained programmes of work, from analyst programmes for investment banks to building out senior management teams for growing consulting firms.
A huge sports fan, Tom studied History at The University of Sheffield.
