Michelle acts as a Senior Advisor to Freshminds. She is a Director at Ovens&Co (Strategy Consultancy), National Campaign Director for Small Business Saturday (the biggest ever small business campaign in the UK), and Director at Do It Digital (a campaign to get small businesses and individuals making the most of digital).
After working in investment banking, Michelle completed her MBA at London Business School and went into consulting with LEK. Having left to set up on my own, in her consulting work she now focuses on retail, media and telecoms. She has worked with many global brands as well as small businesses - including O2, Samsung, Post Office, Ministry of Sound, Bauer, Kodak. In 2013, she launched Small Business Saturday and following this in 2015 by launching Do It Digital.
Michelle has known Freshminds for many years, originally working as a Mind, then as a client. Of Freshminds she says "I really enjoy working with the Freshminds crew - basically because I love the spirit of the organisation. The people are what really make it for me." In her spare time she runs marathons (6 of them) and competes in Ironman triathlons (4). Great training for when she trialed for the TV show "SAS Are You Tough Enough"!
Michelle had a Diet Coke with Bill Clinton at Lords Cricket Ground, and was given some (great) career advice.
