Luiza specialises in Candidate Management for the Consulting Projects team.
Luiza has joined Freshminds in 2018, focusing on Subject Matter Expertise and senior candidates management. She manages candidate relationships across a range of consulting projects, bringing a headhunting and career advice experience. Prior to Freshminds, she worked as a Headhunter within an Executive Search firm and as a Career Advisor in a Career Management consultancy.
She studied Psychology and Strategic Business and holds a Project Management Diploma from UC Berkeley.
She has lived in Brazil and in the US before and, in her spare time, loves travelling, exploring and learning new things.

Luiza ran her first half marathon in 2018 and had to adapt her training regime to ensure she fitted in her weekly Zumba classes (and not the other way around).
