Lucy joined the On Demand team as an Associate in September 2026. Lucy brings with her experience within the HR function at Nescot College, Epsom - an all-rounder role which included application and interview adminstration, as well as internal event management. Lucy is supporting our busy Delivery team and our consultant network.
