About Freshminds' Graduate and Early Careers Team

We work on opportunities spanning a range of experience level, companies and industries. Throughout the year we take on ad-hoc opportunities for high calibre candidates who have either just graduated, or are looking for that all important first career move.

We also run graduate schemes and top-up schemes, which will give you the opportunity to run exciting, fast-paced projects from end to end and take on high levels of responsibility. 

The role

We’re keen to build on our exceptional success to date and eager to hire an outstanding Candidate Manager to join the team and help us grow the business.

As a Candidate Manager you'll liaise with our Consultants to understand the brief and candidates required for each role. You'll then source candidates to put forward using our existing database, your candidate network and other innovative sourcing methodologies when required.

With a clear career path set out for you from day one, you'll be given early responsibility and the opportunity to progress quickly in an environment that will nurture and stretch your development.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our existing candidates and building strong relationships with them over an extended period
  • Screening applications and selecting exactly the right candidates to work with our clients
  • Keeping the candidate database up to date
  • Rigorously interviewing and testing candidates to maintain our high standards
  • Candidate networking and attending events
  • Improving and developing internal processes and candidate recruitment practices

What we’re looking for...

This is a challenging and demanding role, requiring a broad range of skills, but it offers the right candidate an unrivalled level of autonomy and experience.

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a professional and fast paced office environment
  • Ideally you'll have a 2.1 from a top university
  • Experience in an account management, customer service or sales role, would be highly desirable
  • Excellent people skills and  a strong communicator at all levels
  • Adept at building relationships with high-calibre individuals
  • You'll thrive working in a dynamic  environment, constantly meeting new people and working on many projects simultaneously often with tight deadlines
