About the company

Freshminds' Projects Team manages a pool of Business Analysts, Researchers and Consultants and places them into short to medium term strategic, analytical and research projects to affect, change and solve business critical issues.

Typical Projects Include: Strategic Business Analysis, Market Entry, Competitor Intelligence, Change Management, Operational Efficiency, Due Diligence, Business Case Preparation, Pricing Analysis, Project/Programme Management and Proposition Development.

The team consists of bright, confident and sociable individuals and the working environment is entrepreneurial in nature with opportunities for growth and take on high levels of responsibility.

About the role - You will:

  • Build strong relationships with strategy directors of leading global businesses along with partners of leading strategy consultancies
  • Work alongside an exceptional delivery team with a second to none track record in order to deliver on client requirements
  • Leverage a truly market leading brand with an unrivalled network in order to generate leads and new business
  • Provide thought leadership in the sales and business development space based on your strong experience and training in the consultative selling space

About you - You will:

  • Have a strong track record of building strong relationships with clients in a consultative sales environment
  • Possess a strong understanding of the management and strategy consulting space
  • Be truly entrepreneurial  with a bias for action to achieve results
  • Have a strong academic track record at a leading UK University
