And how have we managed to attract such great people - shooting up from two to 65 in seven years? Well it's not just the Friday afternoon drinks, sports events or the monthly company outings that are part and parcel of working at FreshMinds.
It's also because we give everybody real responsibility from day one. So each person who joins the company makes a difference, and they like that.
And it’s because we look after our people. At only four years old we achieved Investors in People status. We were thrilled because the training and development of our staff is very high on our agenda.
