FreshMinds in a nutshell
FreshMinds was founded in 2000 by Caroline Plumb and Charlie Osmond with the aspiration of becoming the world’s most respected research and recruitment consultancy. In 2007, FreshMinds Research and FreshMinds Talent were formally established as standalone business units within FreshMinds.
FreshMinds Research provides organisations with inspired thinking and analysis that helps them understand their customers, competitors and markets.
FreshMinds Talent works with companies to source outstanding executive, graduate and interim talent.
In setting up FreshMinds, Caroline and Charlie pioneered a flexible working model and introduced the concept of “Minds”. Since 2000, FreshMinds has built a team of over 16,000 Minds, a network of the sharpest analysts, consultants and researchers in Europe, who work with FreshMinds’ two business units. Minds work with FreshMinds Research to fulfil briefs for clients; they also make up the candidate pool FreshMinds Talent draws on to find outstanding executives, graduates and interim consultants.
Since FreshMinds was established in 2000, we’ve grown at a terrific rate, won numerous awards for our achievements and never looked back. Our ability to challenge assumptions and provide access to bright, motivated individuals continues to win us client after client, from multinational blue chips to public sector organisations.
FreshMinds is accredited with Investors in People Standard, demonstrating our commitment to the training and development of our people. We were also crowned as the industry’s “Most Innovative Employer” at the 2006 Research Excellence and Effectiveness Awards.
FreshMinds holds individual memberships of the Market Research Society and is a member of the Society of Competitor Intelligence Professionals. We are also members of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation, The National Council for Graduate Entrepreneurship and the Association of Graduate Recruiters.
